Nottingham Supporters Are In For A Spicy Treat On 24 March

In March last year, the EFTC team got out and about delivering scrumptious dinners across Nottinghamshire to supporters who were unable to join together in person for our usual World EFTC Day event. The dinner-to-your-door event was so popular that we don’t want it to be just a lockdown phenomenon. So, this year we’re once again partnering with Virender Rose’s Lady Bay Pop Up Cafe.

On Thursday 24 March, our team will again be delivering scrumptious artisan Indian meals direct to the doors of our Nottingham based supporters. Priced at £20 per person, households within a 20mile radius of the city, can enjoy a freshly prepared dinner which includes a donation to support our students.

Event guests will also have the option to join their fellow diners online, take a peek behind the scenes in Guatemala and join in a raffle. Book your meals here, email or call EFTC on 0115 958 4876. Orders must be placed by end of day Thursday 17 March.

Virender and Paul Rose are generously giving their time and have worked to keep costs down. The Lady Bay Cafe loves to be inspired by their customers and community and has a natural affinity with The School of Hope, as, like Lady Bay Primary, it is centred slap-bang in the centre of Jocotenango. They are delighted to once again be partnering with us to help provide education, nutritional and social programmes in Guatemala.

We can’t wait to see our supporters’ response to this year’s menu!
