Christmas gifts that really make a difference.
We are always incredibly touched by people's generosity at this time of year and can't emphasise enough what a difference your donations make.
Once again in 2011 we have a Christmas gifts campaign.
These gifts will help transform the lives of desperately poor children at our project in Guatemala.
By buying these gifts for your loved ones, you will be helping the people who really need it.
You will receive a card, photo and certificate that you can give to a friend as a gift (please tell us if you would like us to send the cards to you or directly to your friend).

Christmas Cards for your Loved Ones - £ 5.00
Our Christmas cards are specially designed by the children at our school. There are two packs of ten cards to choose from with two different designs in each pack.
Sticky Plasters and Magic Ointment - £ 8.00
Mend our children’s scraped elbows and bumped knees by filling our first aid kit for a month.
Home Visits - £ 10.00
These essential visits are used to check on family living conditions and improve the relationship we have within the community.
Feed a Class for a Day - £ 12.50
Fill 25 hungry tummies with healthy meals and nutritious snacks.
Christmas Hamper - £ 15.00
Help us ensure that no-one goes hungry this Christmas by giving a Guatemalan family a hamper laden with nutritious food such as rice, beans, fresh fruit and vegetables.
Wheels on the Bus - £ 20.00
Buy bus tickets for two children for a month and ensure they can come to school.
Equip our little Picassos - £ 25.00
Fill our storeroom with pens, pencils, paint and more for our budding artists.
English Textbooks - £ 30.00
Replace out-of-date English Language textbooks with two brand new ones for our older students. Help improve their standard of English, increase employability and enhance future career opportunities.

Support healthy eating by paying for a cook's trip to the market for fresh fruit and vegetables.
Feed a Child for a Year - £ 120.00
Buy all the nutrients, snacks and healthy food a child needs for a year.
Feed the School for a Day - £ 200.00
Make sure that 400 Primary and Secondary School children receive the nutrition they need to concentrate in class.
Support our Safehouse for a Month - £ 350.00
Help us to feed, shelter and care for our most vulnerable children in a secure and supportive environment.
Healthy Kids - £ 2,500.00
This generous gift will provide our children with basic healthcare for the year, including medical supplies, doctors appointments, visits to the hospital, prescriptions and more. With this support we are in a better position to respond to a medical emergency.

For Christmas 2010, we raised a total of £4,163 (including gift aid) thanks to your kindness and generosity.
You provided 59 Christmas Hampers on Christmas Eve to some of our poorest families within the foundation. The hampers were stuffed to the brim with nutritious food and supplies and included items such as; sugar, salt, rice, beans, pasta, fruit, porridge, oil, coffee and soup. During the festive season these hampers were a lifeline to many of our families.
You also paid for nearly 2,000 meals for hungry tummies; provided 270 kilos of rice for our school kitchen; donated over 4,000 bananas; provided psychological support; bought 18 sets of texts books; and bought 15 children brand new shoes.
