Feisal Nahaboo and Mark Allen

In 2010 we were fortunate to gain Feisal Nahaboo, Creator and Founder of Probiz ( a Centre of Excellence for accountancy firms) and Mark Allen, Chairman of the CIMA MIP Group and Director of Probiz and Accountax as our first business ambassadors. Not only do they sponsor over 20 children between them but they are also inspiring hundreds of other people to get involved.

At Probiz's Summer Conference in 2010 Feisal introduced EFTC to Probiz members in the hope that they would join him in supporting our cause.  It worked.. 88 people signed up to sponsor a child!!  An amazing achievement and we really can't thank Feisal and Mark enough for their efforts and passion.

Mark says: "Charity is a part of my life and I think it’s important. I spoke to David McKee, founder of EFTC, and he told me all about the great work there is being done down there and sometimes it is not a case of why, it’s a case of I’ve got to.  I want to make a difference. It is worthwhile doing, it brings a lot of satisfaction and, if we get hundreds of kids sponsored, it will be making a huge difference in Guatemala."

    John Nilandjn1-lowres

In late 2010 we were delighted to gain our third business ambassador, John Niland. Usually known as a speaker and coach with Success 121, John is one of the co-founders of VCO Global.

John is proud to sponsor a whole class of 25 Reception children and  we are very grateful for his involvement and support.

John says, " Education for the Children Foundation is inspiring. It encourages children to take control of their future rather than be dependent. The money raised goes directly to the cause; it is not consumed by administration of PR. Education is a vital passport to the 21st century economy so for every child each single year is important."

  Malcolm Richards

Most recently we have gained the support of Malcolm Richards of Sennet Advisory Services.  Malcolm is already a  dedicated child sponsor and is keen to promote our work and gain more support for the Foundation.  Welcome aboard Malcolm!!

We hope that EFTC and our business ambassadors can work together now and in the future to offer children born into poverty the opportunity to build a brighter future through full access to education.
